  • Delivery time for Print copies with the US is 30 days from the order date and 60 days for rest of world.

  • Claims are considered too early to claim if they are received within the first 30 days after the mail-date for domestic order and 60 days after the mail date for international orders.

  • Claims should be made within three months of publication/date of order (whichever is the later) by a domestic subscriber.

  • Claims should be made within six months of publication/date of order (whichever is the later) by a foreign subscriber.

  • Only two subsequent replacement requests after the original issue dispatch will be entertained.

  • Orders are regarded as firm and after the first issue of the volume has been dispatched subscription payments are not refunded.

  • On every return, an email is sent out to the subscriber, in a given scenario if the subscriber cannot be reached we suspend the account immediately and wait for them to contact us. Based on customer input the address is amended and /or orders reinstated.

  • In case a customer is subscribed for a journal which has less than 12 issues in a year, we suspend after 1st return.

  • In case a customer is subscribed for a journal which has more than 12 issues in a year, we suspend after 3rd return.

  • Your electronic subscription will be available within 24 hrs. You will be sent a welcome email with an activation link and your customer number which you will need in order to complete your setup online. Once you have set up your access, you will also receive a confirmation message from SilverChair.
